ACE – Accountability, Compliance (ease of), Education.

The ACE program consists of…

A super easy to follow, 30-day weight loss program, with full support from me.

To guarantee your success, I’ve identified three key areas we will focus on together:

Accountability: I’ve used the accountability, rigour and rules from one of the most effective weight loss programs documented in the medical literature and applied it to the program to keep you in check and motivated!

Compliance: We’ll be following a plant-based diet that is extremely simple to adhere to making your life on a diet, much easier!

Education: I’ve created 30 quick-read email/texts (2 minutes per day) that cover the basics of nutrition. This will help you improve your health, save you time and money way beyond the 30-day program.

From my research, accountability at some level is a common theme in most success stories.

Therefore, to guarantee your success in achieving your desired goal, both you and I will be holding you accountable for your actions.

So, what will you be accountable for?

Achieving Your Goal

We’ll hold you responsible for decisions that affect your progress. A level of honesty is expected.

Your goal will be SMART and agreed between you and me, before commencing.

Daily Weigh-Ins

“Self-monitoring is considered the cornerstone of behavioural change for weight loss.”

With that in mind and to aid your success…

A commitment to weighing yourself daily shortly after waking up.

This is non-negotiable and must be completed every day and your weight submitted via your unique link (takes less than 60 seconds).

You’ll receive an SMS reminder every day with your link.

It’s very easy.

This also allows me to monitor your progress and to make recommendations if necessary.

Right, I’ve dusted off the scales, now what?


(Opinion) A good diet consists of two things, a regime that you can comply with to reach your weight loss goal (healthily) and…

Principles/foundations that you will continue to utilise far beyond your diet “end” that contribute to good health.

You may feel that plant-based falls into that category but I would disagree.

These words are taken from How Not To Diet and put it better than I ever could:

“Many weight loss programs restrict caloric intake by limiting portion sizes or using meal replacements, which can result in hunger and dissatisfaction, therefore contributing to poor compliance and weight regain. The satiety-promoting, all you care to eat, plant-based, whole-food dietary approach may, therefore, be a potent tool for sustainable weight loss.”

And to summarise what “plant-based” means…

“A plant-based diet is defined as an eating pattern that minimises the intake of meat, eggs, dairy and processed goods and maximises consumption of whole plant foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes (beans, split peas, chickpeas, and lentils), whole grains, nuts and seeds, mushrooms, and herbs and spices.”

Why have I chosen plant-based?

Plant-based features in two highly successful studies as well as my personal experience.

Could I help you achieve the same results using other methods?

Yes, but…

Of all the methods of creating a calorie deficit I have tried, this was the simplest and I suspect you might feel the same.

Feel free to eat as much food as you care, but, the foods you consume must fall within what’s outlined below…

To make your life easier, you’ll receive a meal plan complete with recipes/videos and a shopping list.

Throughout ACE, you’ll receive advice and encouragement daily in the form of a short text or email.

The goal of the education aspect is to empower you with the required knowledge to continue your health improvement outside of the structure of ACE.

Of course, I’ll always be there to help beyond the 30 days.

From You

  • Commitment to a small amount of meal prep each week (unless you have time to cook every meal fresh).
  • You will adhere to the recommended foods. Following the meal plan is optional.
  • You will weigh yourself every day. Photo evidence must be provided, check mine out here.

From Me

  • Daily accountability checks.
  • Weigh in reminders.
  • Whatsapp/text support.

(Opinion) I believe that if you get something for free, you regard its value far less than if you have some form of financial investment.


Your entry into the program comes at a cost:

You must make a £30 (£1 per day) donation to the Bush Fire Appeal.

The rules above are strict and you will be held accountable to them.

I respect your time as well as my own therefore I feel it necessary to prioritise those who can adhere to the rules of the program and have a true desire to achieve the goal that they set.

I’d like to emphasise that you one chance. If you miss a weigh-in, our work ends there.

It’s tough love which I believe is required.
