The name isn’t clickbait, I promise.
After 6 weeks of 100% compliance (adhering to the rules, no cheat meals/days) all I could come up with was…
“Well, that was easy.”
And so the Very Easy Diet seemed apt.
Or “Easy” for short.
Here’s what I’ve put together to help you with weight loss and better health…
A very easy to follow, 30-day weight loss & education program, with full support from me.
Everything I’ll share is backed by research or my own experiences (and I’ll reference accordingly).
The most successful diets offer far more than just recommending food choices. To succeed, we need to help you create long-lasting lifestyle changes.
And that’s exactly what I plan to help you achieve.
To guarantee your success, I’ve identified three key areas we will focus on together:
Accountability: We’ll follow the rules from one of the most effective weight loss programs documented in the medical literature to keep you in check and motivated!
Compliance: We’ll be following a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet that is extremely simple to follow and tasty. Making your life on a diet, much easier!
Education: I’ve created 30 quick-read email/texts (2 minutes per day) that cover the basics of nutrition. This will help you improve your health, save you time and money way beyond the 30-day program.

From my research, accountability at some level is a common theme in most success stories.
Therefore, to guarantee your success in achieving your desired goal, both you and I will be holding you accountable for your actions.
So, what will you be accountable for?

We’ll hold you responsible for decisions that affect your progress. A level of honesty is expected.
Your goal will be SMART and agreed between you and me, before commencing.

With that in mind and to aid your success…
A commitment to weighing yourself daily shortly after waking up.
This will be completed every day and your weight submitted via your unique link (takes less than 60 seconds).
You’ll receive an SMS reminder every day with your link. Too easy!
This also allows us to monitor your progress and to make recommendations if necessary.

Easy brings those two things together with a whole food, plant-based diet (WFPB).

“A plant-based diet is defined as an eating pattern that minimises the intake of meat, eggs, dairy and processed goods and maximises consumption of whole plant foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes (beans, split peas, chickpeas, and lentils), whole grains, nuts and seeds, mushrooms, and herbs and spices.”
Why have I chosen plant-based?
A WFPB diet is at the core of two highly successful studies, which measured its effectiveness as a weight loss tool.
I also conducted my own research, following the diet myself and had great results. Case study to follow.
Could I help you achieve the same results using other methods?
Of all the methods of creating a calorie deficit I have tried, this was the simplest and I suspect you might feel the same.
Here’s what makes it so easy for you to follow…
Feel free to eat as much food as you care, but, the foods you consume must fall within what’s outlined below…
- Legumes (beans, split peas, chickpeas, and lentils)
- Nuts & Seeds
- Herbs & Spices
- Processed Goods
- Added Sugar
To make your life easier, you’ll receive a meal plan complete with recipes/videos and a shopping list.
Throughout Easy, you’ll receive information, advice and encouragement daily in the form of a short text or email.
The goal of the education aspect is to empower you with the required knowledge to continue your health improvement outside of the structure of Easy.
Of course, I’ll always be there to help beyond the 30 days.
Let’s be clear about what we expect from one another…
- Commitment to a small amount of meal prep each week (unless you have time to cook every meal fresh).
- You will follow the recommended foods. Following the meal plan is optional.
- You will weigh yourself every day. Photo evidence must be provided, check mine out here.
- Daily accountability checks.
- Weigh in reminders.
- Whatsapp/text support.
If you’re good with that, on to the next…
(Opinion) I believe that if you get something for free, you regard its value far less than if you have some form of financial investment.
Your entry into the program comes at a cost:
You must make a £30 (£1 per day) donation to the Bush Fire Appeal.
The rules above are strict and you will be held accountable to them.
I respect your time as well as my own therefore I feel it necessary to prioritise those who can follow the rules of the program and have a true desire to achieve the goal that they set.
I’d like to emphasise that you have one chance. If you miss a weigh-in, our work ends there.
